Everything, santikos is always clean and a nice place to visit to watch a movie. I especially like the beverages that are accessible to the guests to refill which makes it more convenient than waiting in line. Keep up the good work!

We are regulars there the people are friendly its for the most part clean. The only problem would be bathrooms could be cleaner. And twice we saw a 3d movie there and it wasn't 3d I complained the first time and half of the movie we were able to see in 3d the second time I didn't bother you pay extra for 3d and they didn't seem to care much. Now we don't see movie's in 3d there anymore. Other than that it is our choice most of the time to see movie's there.

I like that this theater has very polite & attentive employees, the Reward system allows you to earn rewards for the dollars spent, the auditoriums are clean & comfortable ( not overcrowded), they also offer great matinee
times, we can always find good seating and parking at this location as well!

From the minute I walk in the theater I know my experience is going to be a good one I never miss the concession stand I'm always greeted me and help with my request to the fullest I'm one satisfaction Customer and for that I'm grateful and I thank the Northwest 14 team.
