What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I don't like that the drink stand closes before the show is over. I went to buy 2 more beers at 10:00 pm last night while watching Captain America and I was told it was closed.

Staff is always very friendly and helpful, theaters are always clean, Loyalty Rewards Program is great, online ticket purchase and reserved seating. A group place to take family, friends and business associates for an enjoyable movie experience.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

My Husband and are enjoy Northwest for the convenience of location, and when I speak of convenience I also mean convenience inside the theater. Everything is close when we walk in and even during the movie. Snack bar, bathroom, lobby is perfect. I love that Northwest remain a simple theater, all the attendants are super great. I also have the entertainment card I use when I don't forget to take it out of my purse.

Everything, clean, friendly staff, not crowded, can get a good seat. Temp while movie is on, is great. Not hot or too cold. Bathrooms are close by, and not across the other side of the building.
