The Santikos Northwest theatre is our favorite place to go watch a movie. It is family oriented and the customer service employees are always friendly, caring, and professional.

The the movie prices are also affordable. We wouldn't be able to go to the movies if we didn't go this theatre.

Always clean and comfortable

It was my first time at this location but things were great. A nice charming smaller theater but the seats are plush and nice and the staff was friendly.

Community support…The challenge Santkos currently has is making sure that it is run like a business & the facilities stay highly maintained & not ending up a budget line item to get anything done.

It reminds me of my childhood plus the upgrades are sooo nice!! It’s. I love that there is a bar now

The theater is very intimate and cozy. Perfect central location. Love getting refills on my popcorn and drinks on my own.

Now that the legendary Bijou is gone forever my only resort for central entertainment is NW SANTIKOS which is at least modern, clean, and well-maintained! Has more seat features than larger venues which include swivel seat table and elevated leg rests.

My boyfriend & our family and friends come to the movies often and for the most part i always have a good time i usually bring a blanket because im anemic and i tend to get cold pretty fast. the most recent time we came it was My boyfriend and I and his younger siblings. we got our tickets and i usually carry my blankets in my purse but decided to just hold onto one and my boyfriends sister held onto another. As we approached one of the workers she asked us to open our blankets i don’t think i’ve ever been asked that so to me that was pretty odd plus i had just folded them so it was a little annoying other then that the experience was fine and the movie was great

Was able to purchase ticket and popcorn at the same time at the concession stand.

Overall the only franchise of theatres i will support

I’ve never been disappointed in any Santikos theater, the employees the management go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and happy that you’re there. Never seen a dirty or unkept restroom. And the food’s not that bad either.
