I’ve never had a negative experience at Santico’s, but as a matter of fact, I went there on Monday to see Captain America and I left my credit card and rewards card in the men’s restroom on Monday and some patron and or employee found it and took it to lost and found, which I was exceptionally relieved. There’s still good people on this earth. God bless him.

I love this theater. Sometimes the seats don’t work but I’m able to move seats with no problems. Popcorn is always delicious and staff is friendly

The "D2" seat that I chose did not work properly. None of the control buttons worked. So, we decided to take a chance, and we moved one row up.
I hope I won't have to take that chance again.
Other than that, as always all was great.

NW14 is hands down my favorite movie theater in town. They consistently offer great prices and plenty of showtimes, making it easy to catch a movie no matter my schedule. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall positive experience.

One of the standout aspects of NW14 is how clean and well-maintained the theater always is. It’s clear they take pride in keeping the space comfortable for moviegoers. The self-serving options are also a huge plus, making concessions quick and convenient.

Beyond all that, the overall atmosphere of NW14 is just great. It’s a place where you can truly relax and enjoy a film without distractions. Whether I’m going for a big blockbuster or a casual night out, NW14 always delivers a fantastic experience.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

We went to see COMPANION on a Friday night. I was happy to see the parking lot full and multiple lines at the concessions. Despite the lines, I was able to get our popcorn and beverage quickly. We had comfortable seating and the picture/sound quality was great.
