I hate the fact that Santikos will not accept cash-- I really dislike having to use my card for such a small amount!! This poplicy seems to be strickly for your convience-not the customer!!

I like the ticket kiosks in the front. The concessions folks are friendly and quick. The theaters are clean and the movie viewing experience is ideal!

I love the new recliners, they were amazingly comfortable. and the ticketing process takes a little getting used to but we managed.

We won’t see a movie anywhere else. Staff all excellent at the Embassy. And give last night’s (2/12/23) bartender a raise!

I was greeted by a warm and helpful doorman. He scanned my ticket, asked politely to view my bag and carefully directed me to my theater.
Then, my favorite concessions server was ready to sell me popcorn.
I really wish I remembered their names.
Embassy is always clean, well stocked, and excellently staffed.

There were three workers at the ticket counter so I didn’t have to wait to buy my tickets. However, there was only one person working concessions running back and forth who was very friendly but I had a longer wait there. I think the schedulers should revisit to make sure different areas are not over/under-staffed.

Embassy 14 shows Bijou Collection films as well as other art films--films I want to see at a theater! The theater is easily accessible for me and very pleasant.
