What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Pizza at embassy is better than palladium. Excellent nachos. $5. Movies between 4-6pm. Good location for me and my family. Friendly staff, clean theater and clean bathrooms.

I have Embassy theatre down the street from my home. Everytime I go its very clean and the employees are very friendly. I don't go to any other theatre in town, except Embassy 14. :)

Only game in town. But with some problems. Your new app, to me is a failure. No instructions about favorites, cost for online tickets and it has yet to capture a single purchase...Your rewards use to be simple and uncomplicated. Now your cashier's as well as manager/customer service have no clue and cannot answer simple questions. I would say your losing money and confusing your customers. Generally love the selections at the Bijou; however, the air quality within the theaters is terrible. Smell of mold and other detris literally gives me a headache.
