The customer service and the cleanliness of your facility by far is he best. There Is one thing I definitely think you guys should revaluate and test is your rewards program. After being a loyal member for these last few years it takes way too long to earn $5.00 where as before it was very fast and also enjoyed the savings. It's becoming just as expensive as Regal. Please go back to your older plan. You would have more happier customers.

I attended Fifty Shades at the Embassy Theatres. I was surprised at how comfortable the temperature was in the theatre. We usually freeze in the summertime while attending that theatre.
Nice group of employees that work there. They directed us to theatre #1 for our movie without our having to ask.
Enjoyable experience. Far better than Regal.

The employees are friendly, courteous and efficient. The establishment is always clean. I love the self-serve drink station and the popcorn refill. The other food is delicious as well. It's great that coffee and alcoholic beverages ate available. My favorite theater in town!
