Love the new remodel and the Extraganza pricing between 4 and 6 p.m.
But I don't like the seat selection. It takes longer and you sometimes have to unnecessarily climb over others.

I like the bar, I like the food and drinks and Starbucks stand, I like the short lines (lines at Regal take FOREVER!!!!!!!!!) I do not care for the 'pick your seats' it drives me nuts and takes longer in the line in the tickets sales.
I enjoy being able to have a glass of wine while watching a movie and it's close to my house!

Theatres are clean, there is enough staff to keep lines moving, the lower prices on the 5-6:00 shows, nice selection of concessions, always enjoyable there.

It's close to my home. Easy to get there without much traffic. Plus the popcorn is delicious. A great theater to watch movies and the all around sound is awesome!!!!
It was clean and the staff was welcoming
Parking appears safe. Neighborhood appears safe. The Theathre itself is always nice & clean as are the restrooms. The other movie goers are very respectful for the most part. Yesterday an older couple - the husband - kept talking out loud at the 2pm showing of Psyco & I had to go to management & report same. Management thought it was school kids that were in attendance but I told him it was NOT kids talking. Management did try to catch them but they kept quiet the rest of the show. Very aggravating especially when I paid so much money to enjoy the show.
Its clean and well maintained.Times are hard so I appreciate being able to earn rewards and also the matinee prices.

Santikos is without a doubt the best movie theaters in San Antonio. I have even recommended that Regal should adopt your DRINK KIOSK idea and expand their variety of food choices to mimic your menu. As for me, I doubt that I'll be seen anywhere but Santikos.
The only negative that I could expound upon would be the Rewards cards. I''m sure that the powers that be thought that $5 for every $100 spent was a valid reward. I disagree. I understand the economics involved. The bulk of your bottom line comes from concessions. Why not reward the movie watchers with the equivalent of $5 of your cost in concessions? Soft drinks are pennies on the dollar. Markup on popcorn is astronomical. Giving away free tickets cost you nothing and you make additional revenue from the person using the "free" ticket anyway.
