We normally attend the Embassy 14 location. We really enjoy the fact that we can reserve a seat of our choosing. We like the rewards program. We use our rewards member card each time we go to the movies. The staff have consistently been helpful and kind. We also like the matinee and extravaganza prices at this location.

Location. Nice family theater

As is true of the old real estate axiom; location, location, location. But the fact is, I have at least three theaters closer. So why do I drive to Santikos Embassy from Alamo Hts?
Cleanliness is probably my #1 reason. The lobby, the restrooms and the theaters are all clean.
The staff is my 2nd reason. They are friendly and helpful.
The popcorn--it is the best in town, and believe me, I would know. I'm a popcorn fanatic, and have tried it all over San Antonio.

Then there is the general audience. A theater much closer to me is overrun by younger teens. I have nothing against younger teens (I have two of them myself), but they are disruptive and generally rude. It is too easy to go elsewhere than to put up with it. The audience at the Embassy is more family oriented, and I like that. My only real complaint, and this goes for all theaters everywhere--I would like a small popcorn--maybe 2/3 the size of the current small-for about $3.50. Let's face it, your margins on snacks are still incredible. Seniors such as myself (who are plentiful at your theater) would be delighted with a smaller bag for less money.
