Staff, cleanliness, fresh food, and of course the movies with reserved sitting.
Movies, like Star Trek, Jason Bourne and Star Wars, usually are of good quality and have a decent storyline. My husband and I do not like excessive violence or evil (we do NOT like evil, demon inspired movies that are shown, especially around halloween). We also appreciate the Starbuck's lattes, wine and beer.
Reserved seating is great! Before we would arrive 45 minutes early to try to get the seats we like.

I love the large theater screens. I do not go to the newer theaters because the screens are so small I might as well watch the movies at home.
The staff seemed so eager to make our visit better, I would of given a 10 but not happy with the limited times on movies due to the construction work that is taking so long
Getting tickets ahead of time. Not having to wait in a long line!!!!! Reasonable pricing for tickets and popcorn.
It's close to my home and I can always find a movie I like. I will say, though, that the theatre always seem a little chilly Generally have to take a sweater. Seems a little odd to have to carry a sweater in the summertime.
Theatre was clean. Personnel were friendly. There were many choices of locations for the movie I wanted to see.

I love this theater. All of my years in San Antonio, this has been my theater of choice. They have done a great job of updating and maintaining the facility.. It feels like home.

Staff are always very pleasant. I especially appreciate that Santikos operates as an organization that donates net income to the community - an amazing legacy for Mr Santikos and his family to have made and apropos - given his long standing philanthropy. A very creative approach by a brilliant business person and a kind, thoughtful individual who cared deeply about others - all of which has made me a loyal supporter of the company.
