We've been going to Santikos Embassy for more than 5 years. Appreciate the special pricing during the extravaganza hours! Love all the upgrades made in the past year, from the beautiful decor, great variety of food and wonderfully comfortable reclining chairs.

We always get good customer service. Also the movie theater is nice and cozy, since the new rentervations. The food and bar are great as well.

I was able to refund some unused tickets before the movie without any fuss or muss! No long line at concessions. Love the reclining seats! Plenty of restrooms and someone always available to lend assistance. I especially like serving myself drinks from the soda machine! Keep up the great work !!!

The great value, reclining and reserved seating. Then there's the expanded menu and feeling less crowded in the theaters. But above all this is knowing that my purchases give back to our city in positive ways.

You have made easy to go to the movies,especially that seats are reserved it can be difficult to get seating at the theater or costly through fandango.I love my santiko membership card.

Changing the seats to the large recliners was expensive and you cut down on the number of seats you can put into a single theater by adding very wide aisles. However, that is PRECISELY why I will go out of my way to go to Embassy over any other theater. My wife and I go to Embassy far more frequently now because of the seats. We buy more concessions due to the little tables. Thanks Santikos. You knocked it out of the park with these upgrades. Finally, the fact that the company gives the proceeds to local charity makes me feel I can't disappoint these causes by going elsewhere
