The newly renovated facility is a magnificent upgrade from what it was when I used to frequent the theater in my youth. It's nice that Santikos has taken the time and effort to enhance the customer experience no matter which theater we go to.

Buying tickets and for food purchases. I usually get a bottle of wine for my husband and I, keep ice buckets in stock and the nice wine glasses. I am really happy with the theater and see a movie at least 2 times a month. Only negative is that the bar backs up during busy times and there is usually only one person working it. I would think you could have multiple people working during the proven busy times.
Comfortable seats and good food! The theater is rarely too packed as well.

It's small, not overly crowded. The staff and managers very willing to accommodate. They have always . My FAVORITE thing is that they give me credit for movies purchased online that I was unable to see. That's awesome. Sometimes things happen and you can't attend. The bar is the best!

Every experience I have had has been amazing. Friendly staff and always clean and enjoyable. I now don't go to the movies anywhere else but Santikos Embassy.
