The service , the large reclining seats, cleanliness

Embassy is, by far, our favorite theater in San Antonio. We love the convenience to our home, the smaller size of the establishment, and the amenities that they have. Although the outside hasn't changed much over the years, the inside looks fabulous. We will often go early to movies so that we can sit at the bar and start with a drink. And we always leave room for food because their munchies are the best, especially those quesadillas! Since we go to the movies pretty often, we use the points that we have accrued on our Santikos account to buy snacks, food, and drinks. Everyone loves those freebies.

Service and food choices.

I don't like the convenience fee added when purchasing tickets online. There are no other people other than me in purchasing the tickets. But, when purchasing tickets the tickets at the theater, then there is added time and convenience to the purchasing process, especially when there is a long line. I don't understand the convenience fee.

In addition the employees are always courteous and the theater is clean and comfortable. I like the self service popcorn. This is the only theater I use and I highly recommend it to others.
