All Tehran recliner seats make for a great experience. Before the rows were too narrow, and made it uncomfortable to even find a seat. At some point, this theater was not even an option for us because of the seats. Now, the rows are spacious zither seats comfortable, and I appreciate the fact I know exactly where I'm going to seat when I buy tickets. Also, the Icee machine makes this theater our first choice. Yumm!

Everything!! They only thing the Theater needs is the ability to play 3D Movies. Other than that it is the best theater I town!!!

The staff is very friendly, the reclining chairs are great, and the fact that you give back to the community is the biggest reason I take my family to Santikos.

I love the atmosphere of the place. It’s a very comfortable and enjoyable moving going experience. I’ll go to Embassy theater over any other theater 10 times out of 10.

Lounge chairs are nice. Remodeled theaters are great. I like spending money at Santikos because of all the things their foundation does for the city.

I have always loved the ambiance, intimacy, and the recliners! We live 1/2 hr away and go to this movie theatre despite many closer to us

I lOVE the reserved seats. The seats are spaced out in a way that makes sure your vision is never blocked, so there's not a bad seat in the house. And, you don't have to try and get there an hour before showtime to try and get a seat. The Embassy 14 is the ONLY theater we now go to. It is a beautiful, well maintained theater and the people who work there are very nice and friendly.
