I love Embassy theater. I love the chairs, and the comfort. I also love that Embassy is big but not super big and still has the small neighborhood feel.

I love the whole experience. The Santikos app for purchasing and selecting seats is great, and the Embassy theater is my favorite.

I had both two tickets for a movie matinee on Sat Aug 10 which started at 4:15pm. Unfortunately on the way to the movies, I had a flat tire and had to drive directly to Discount Tires. I didn't get to the theater until 4:45pm. I explained the situation to the manager, a very polite lady, and she honored the two tickets for the next showing at 6:00pm and even had better seats. that's what I call service with excellence.

The door greeter was very friendly. The theater was very clean and very nice.The popcorn was freshly made and you can tell they make it pretty often to keep it fresh for the customers.

Friendly staff members are priceless to any business. The Embassy employees go out of their way to welcome the movie goers.

We al ways have good service when I but my ticket on line. When you have to buy the ticket in side not so much the time in line is powerful sometimes.
They don't ask for rewards either I have to remi nd them.

We consider Embassy our neighborhood theater and we are treated like family and neighbors whenever we go. I would work for Santikos because the atmosphere always seems fun which translates into a better customer experience.

It's my preferred theater being both conveniently close by and comfortable. Especially a fan of the reclining seats and the ability to purchase specific seating ahead of time.
The website and the app need to be better synced though. Got completely different information from them the other day (plus the website then kicked back an error when trying to purchase)

The theaters are great. The staff is very positive and the rewards program is awesome. I love that the profits go back into the community.
