I like the self-service of drinks and popcorn butter, theater size/coziness and pricing/rewards program. The Embassy has been our favorite theater for years, but the addition of the reclining seats was a bonus.

The young lady behind the food counter was extra helpful. I have a broken ankle and she went above and beyond to help me. The theater was clean and everyone was friendly and professional.

Santikos Theatres are always comfortable. The theatre was clean and organized. Everyone was polite and helpful.

Good service going to the theater, asked at front for any illnesses in last 2 weeks. Windows for concessions made it feel safe since no lines were around. Theater room was perfect considering everyone was sitting from each other, except parties of 3-4 together but I guess they had those seats. Nice handle for foot on bathroom door helps alot, little heavy but works.

I recently saw Unhinged and the theatre was clean the staff was friendly and all safety precautions were taken by everyone. I would go again and I’m confident that it’s safe to watch movies at Santikos.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

From the moment I entered, I was greeted and assisted as I redeemed a birthday voucher for free movie ticket I couldn't access via kiosk outside. Gentleman was attentive, friendly and super courteous. On my way to theater, stopped by restrooms which were super clean an immaculate!! A++++ Movie theater was also clean, an minus environmental issues with air conditioning was admirable. Overall had a marvelous experience with Embassy Santikos Theater, my last visit was prior to Covid impacting & limiting our social ventures. Super happy to say Santikos still#1 in my book. Thank you all of you at Santikos Embassy.

Always a great theater. I loved that you had the plastic gloves at the drink station. Social distancing was being practiced and everyone was wear masks. Glad to have you all back in business during these odd times. Thank you!

The theater was clean, but the temp in #1 should have been set cooler before the movie started. About 1 hour in to the movie, I finally felt the AC blowing cooler air.
