When we arrived to our seats there was lots of popcorn on the floor right in front of our seats. We asked an employee for help and the employee pushed back saying he had already cleaned there and asking if we were sure that we saw popcorn on the floor. He was pretty rude and very obviously did not want to sweep up the popcorn.

Super friendly staff with excellent attention to detail. The theater was very clean. The bartender made great drinks and was very personable.

Santikos has led the country in meeting COVID-19 head on by spreading out movie watchers, sanitizing every seat after each movie. Putting foot openers on bathroom doors, providing plastic gloves that can easily be put on to get drinks and dress up their food, and has hand sanitizer at several strategic points throughout the theater. I feel bad for those movie goers who have start going to Theatres to get the full screen experience and I’ve even done and I max or two movie complete with vibrating seats.

Overcome the fear of the virus while going to the movies in a real, forward-thinking set of movie theatres, SANTIKOS!

Everyone was wearing gloves and masks. Everything looked clean. Everyone was spaced appropriately. I felt safe visiting.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Everything about the Embassy is great except one thing. Young kids just shouldn't be allowed into the theater after a certain hour and to certain shows. I saw The Marksman last night at 7:50 and sure enough there was a whining child there. Too late, bad movie to choose, etc.

Otherwise, all is great. Good selection, great seats, concessions a little high in price but the proceeds go to good causes.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Lots of social distancing was evident in the theatre, the lobby, even at the well-stocked bar! And of course, nothing beats watching a movie on The Big Screen! We were checked at the door (though no temperature-taking) and asked about symptoms of COVID we might be experiencing., and all the staff were masked all the time, as far as I could tell.
