The safest diversion in San Antonio. In 2020, I watched over 90 films at the Embassy or Palladium. Everyone is so helpful and polite. Tonight will be my 3rd for the year - Marksman. Dissident and White Tiger were super.

Love the place and the quick response by staff when my tickets fell behind the machine when it ejected them. I couldn't get them but the employee greeting customers quickly produced new ones and ensured I was in my seat in time for the movie. Love Santikos!
Safety procedures are great. Appreciate employee testing and cleaning, and distancing in theaters.

We felt like Santikos was very safe during covid - I am a transplant recipient and we went on a Monday and we basically had a theater to ourselves - we are recommending you to friends and family for a safe place to have family fun/date night

Staff even in the COVID times needs to be a little more friendly. I get it...it's really boring with just a few people in the theaters, but...they have a job and they are getting paid!!

Pretty good night out! We went to Drafthouse first and it was sold out, so happy to find a showtime at Embassy not much later. We got burgers and they were definitely better than I would have guessed. The meat was well seasoned. Theater was big and super comfy. It’s nice that your prices are a little better than most everywhere else too.
Wish list: Ketchup dispensers or, at least, a way to get ketchup in bigger amounts than those tiny packs. They’re so small I needed like 30 (but wasn’t about to ask for that many).
It’s is always clean, concession lines are never too long, management is friendly, and prices are reasonable. We will always choose this theater first when going to the movies!!

I like the staff - they are helpful and friendly. The theater is clean and appealing and the concessions were good. I also liked the pre-movie info about Santikos being the only theater in the country to test their employees for Covid weekly. Lastly, the movie (News of the World) was good.
