I like the atmosphere of the theatre, as it is always clean and the comfortable reclining chairs and extended foot rests add to the overall movie watching experience. I also admire how connected Santikos is to the San Antonio and surrounding community through the multiple charitable donations and sponsoring various service projects. That keeps me and my money from going to any other movie theatre outlet in Bexar County.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

During these challenging times, it is great to be able to safely go out . Santikos is doing an exceptional job protecting their patrons and employees. This was our 1st movie since the pandemic began. Working in healthcare, I have been able to see the effects of Covid and have avoided a lot of activities for the past year. But, as numbers of hospitalizations decrease and vaccinations are completed, I see a light at the end of the tunnel. Thank you for the implementations in place, I felt at ease taking my family there. Thank you for providing a safe place for the community. And above all, thank you for bringing back a bit of normalcy!

Very courteous staff, immediately greeted at the door and ushered through the process of presenting our Blu-ray and getting our private screening ready to go. Our birthday showing went off without a hitch. Thank you!

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I was impressed by the care that employees took to make sure that we felt safe. There were plastic gloves at the self-serve fountain drink counter for the customer to use before getting their own beverage. The minute the movie was over an employee came with disinfectant to wipe down the seating area & tray. They also self-distance the seats. This is the first movie that we have gone to in a year because of COVID 19. Good job, Santikos.
