i dont like the large per ticket fee to reserve your spot. i dont think you should penalize someone for reserving on line. if we did not do this your ticket people would be overwhelmed.

The Embassy personnel are always very polite and helpful. The theater is conveniently located for us and is a comfortable environment. We particularly appreciate that Santikos opened theaters as soon as practicable during the COVID pandemic to provide entertainment and relaxation for people greatly in need of both.

In addition to great movies, they have comfortable seats, delicious popcorn with refills, friendly and courteous employees, easy to use website to find out about movies and purchase tickets, and a great rewards program that pays out often. Then there’s the whole community support that Santikos provides to the city in giving back from their profits for so many improvements to our neighborhoods.

The managers are great in raking care of any issues quickly. I bought 3 containers of jalapeños to go with my popcorn and apparently your company has switched to a new brand that was just awful tasting. I asked to speak to a manager but he had left for the evening. I have no doubt that when I return to see another movie he will make things right. Every bathroom was clean, the place looked amazing. The only problem was that we didn’t see the food holders being cleaned so I will take my own wipes from now on.

This is the only theater we go to now. clean, comfortable, great bar staff. just wish the bar was better stocked. As a scotch drinker there is none. not 1 bottle.
drop in anything (Dewers, Johnny....) and the place would be 5 star.

In this case, we enjoyed the opportunity to reserve seats far away from others because one of us is immunocompromised. In general, we like to support Santikos because it is civic-minded.
