What did you like about your Santikos experience?

We enjoy the atmosphere and the friendliness of the staff. Some of the chairs in the theater need repair. The one my husband sat in was broken.

Embassy theater is one of my favorite theaters. The staff are helpful, friendly and the snack choices are great! Very comfortable seats as well.

Anytime we go to embassy, we are greeted with a smile and any questions we have are always answered. We’ve never had a bad experience at our local Santikos theater.

Santikos is the HEB of movie theaters! I love everything about all Santikos locations from the popcorn to the service. I never stopped going to the movies during 2020 even if it was to see old films because I wanted to make sure I’d support this wonderful company that did their best to stay open for us during the pandemic.

Practically everything - except - why do you show previews for Fathom Events (which I like and attend like Golden Girls & Citizen Kane) and also ones that Huebner Oaks is showing (Carrie & Dracula/Frankenstein)?

Honest, I really, truly enjoy going to the Embassy as you can readily see from the 84 films I've seen there so far this year and the 97 at Santikos Palladium & Embassy last year. You folks saved my sanity during all of the COVID-19 craziness.

The theater is so very clean, along with the bathrooms. The concession stand workers are very polite and professional. The entire facility has an elegant atmosphere. It’s a great place to meet friends ahead of time and have a cocktail. The lounge has a very warm and comfortable setting to relax before or after movie.

I like the embassy theater and the size and convenience. It is the theater we go to most always. Quick service and polite staff. The only thing that gives it a 9 and not 10 is that the theater chairs we sat in were not very clean
