It's well run; the seating is awesome; and it's easy to purchase good tickets beforehand and have your seats assigned.

Concessions are a little high -- e.g., $7 for a large drink (it used to be $4.50).

95% of the movies we see at theaters are at the Embassy.

We like the place… And we like to recommend it. But you guys need to do a better job of cleaning it because it really is nasty and needs to be updated. Totally surprised you didn't do that during Covid. Other than that it's a great place great location. Never too crowded or rowdy. Very family oriented like the popcorn self assist machine nice addition.

We've always liked the friendly vibe at Santikos Embassy and also that the theater has Icees. The fact that the company spends a lot on local charitable causes is a plus too.

Always great to go to a movie theater where they have recliners! And the food is good! My only feedback is can we please have food delivery. Even if they charge you a dollar I think everyone would love this feature instead of having to go out the movie to get what we order!!!

Clean. Easy to navigate. Concession staff were very helpful. But I do not like the surcharge for using the online ticket buying- which is now an all most must. Adding the $6 surcharge is a little over the top

It’s close to my home. It’s clean but some seats need to be repaired. The food is good. The staff is friendly and helpful.
