I drive from the other side of town to watch movies at The Mayan.The price is right, seating is always available; even during blockbuster movies. And always clean. Need to work on parking though. But it doesn't stop me.

I like when i buy my ticket i have my seat already and don't have to rush to get a good spot to watch the movie employees are very polite and help full. Not long lines to wait for movie or to buy snacks before the movie .

Today I took my nephew to see The Fate of the Furious and our theater was having some technical issues they werent able to resolve in the thester number I was in. Jason came in, explained to us our options and sincerely apologized for the inconvenience. I was well taken care of by Joseph and Monica and their excellent customer service kept me at the theater to see the movie at a different time as well as increased my desire to return to this specific theater.I understand that sometimes these things do happen because waking up everyday is not guaranteed so life is full of surprises and detours along the journey. Overall I I had a wonderful experience and I am returning as a loyal customer. "THE MAYAN" IS MY NUMBER ONE SANTIKOS THEATER!!!
