What did you like about your Santikos experience?

We have been going to this theatre to see many great movies. Each time we go, we have a great experience. The cashiers at the window are very polite. The ushers keep the theatres and lobby clean. The restrooms are always stacked, nice and neat. Over all the staff and environment is top notch. We also appreciate the matinee discount. We are a family of six; so we always appreciate the discount pricing.

Keep up the great work. As we will remain loyal customers for many years to come.

I like what you've done to the Mayan palace from the concession area to the reclining seats. But what I'm trying to find out why I haven't received my free ticket for my birthday as I am a loyalty card member.

Okay the remodel is awosome! But yesterday and today have really been a blast at your theater. Your employee Dolores is the one who made it an Awosome day today and yesterday. Not only did she know ASL she could also understand us in Spanish. She is one that I love to get help from. Dolores is the most Awosome employee y'all have.

How love how at the Mayan ALL seats are reclinable, unlike the Casa Blanca theater they charge you same price but yet not all seats are full reclinable seats.

The seat upgrade is definitely a plus. I would love a purse hook in the front of the seat across the rail.

The staff make an announcement before the movies advising guests to keep cell phones off or slient, not to flash the screen and keep noise level down. It is working to create an enjoyable movie veiwing environment.

Volume of movie was not deafening :)

Please keep bringing movies in SPANISH. I drove from the Medical Center for the Spanish movie Coco. There is a market to tap in San Antonio but we do not hear when there movies in Spanish unless we do extensive searches movie by movie.

The hole place is cleaner and neater. Seats are comfortable and roomy. Prices for goodies are comparable to other theaters. There is more variety as far as food goes than before. I absolutely love Santikos and will go out of my way, which is unnecessary really, to go to a Santikos theater because of their support for our community. Thank you so much Santikos
