what an experience-Service! I was greeted with a smile & thanked by the associate at your service desk when I obtained my tickets. I had an equally pleasant experience with the associate I interacted at the concessions counter, I also observed those working behind the counter providing support were doing just that to ensure orders were served fast and fresh. Normally I am a popcorn lover but my last few visits I have fallen hard for the soft pretzels, and to date Santikos has not disappointed. The theatre I was seated in was clean and maintained and the temperature was just right.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

We appreciate that the GM was kind enough to listen to our concern and advised us that due to the issues we had at a "special showing", that they were making changes to notify Santikos guests about the wanding of guests, so you weren't taken by surprise. I want to thank Eli for providing an extra special experience for myself and my boys. Thanks! Name removed

I like the friendliness, cleanliness, and hospitality I feel when I visit your theater. Thank you for the free movie for my birthday as well. Other places offer only a free popcorn. You guys are the best.

Cleanliness, friendly staff, ambiance is nice and dark makes it exciting to be at the movies! I'm immediately removed from my everyday environment. I love the free refills. And I love that it feels kid friendly for days I want to take my little one.

Great customer service! Employees very professional. Due to medical conditions I am not allowed to have salt. I love popcorn!🍿 I informed employee of change in diet. I was assured that they would be able to accommodate me! Wow! I was impressed👍I got a fresh bucket of popcorn with no salt! Thank you! Customer for life!😀🍿
