Everything the employees are very friendly and always willing to help you out and very courteous with everyone. All the theaters should be like the staff here at the Mayan Theatre .

I gave you a 10. that is from past experiences. I do not approve of you putting recliners in all of your theaters and then charging more money. I love going to the movies, but if I enjoyed lying down to watch one I can stay home. I work 6 to 7 days a week and would fall asleep is I reclined to view a movie. when you finish your remodeling you will not see me there. That makes me sad as I believe in Santikos as a local business. Sad to part company.

Close to home. I only wish you'll had the same seats as the Embassy

Still the best theater to go to. But that Dolores is really good at her job. She really good at making my day great. Now she is still and should be employee of the month. she is really good at her job.

I visit the Mayan theater often and have never had a bad experience. I like that it's always clean and the employees are friendly. I like all the options the concession stand offers.

Customer Service and a Clean Theater

I really enjoy going to the Mayan Santikos property with friends or family staff are so nice and ticket booth is pretty fast. But last night the condition of auditorium #4 the showing for 9:45 was very dirty like 4 aisles of it on where i sat . Usually a team will go in knock it all out from a showing before. Then the seats we have selected were had white stains on aisle J seats 1 & 2.. So we made a decision to pick another empty spot in the theater hoping we werent on anybodys seating. Other than that the concession stand was great. That was my only concern what i experience last night , which will not stop me from going to this property. Thank you once again

I love going to the Mayan. they know how to treat the guest. But I do have to say that your best employee is Dolores she not only helps and understands our needs but she doesn't let the adults and teens step all over her. What makes her different is that shes not rude when she explains the rules. She makes my day and that of my friends better she makes it awosome. If I could I would give employee of the year to her. She's one of the main reasons I go to the movies Everytime a new one comes out. Can't wait for the remodel.

I love coming to the mayan great customer service and I live 5 minutes away plus with the upgrades they are getting I can't wait ! Don't have to travel far to enjoy a good movie👍
