I like the friendly service, clean theaters , I love the prices on the concessions . My wife and always travel about 12 miles to this movie theater even though there's one close to our home. We prefer Santikos Silverado. It's our movie ttheater.
Clean .... close to home ....
overall great experience as usual. but seat H-2 in theatre 11 is slanted and is uncomfortable. it lean down towards the left, by th end of the movie my back and hips were killing me.

The comfortable seats
I LOVE Santikos Silverado theater! The only reason I didn't give a solid 10 is the parking. I know that's not their fault but it plays into the whole experience.
The staff is always kind and helpful, bathrooms always clean and stocked, clean seating areas. The seats being clean is very important to me and stadium seating is a must now a days. 😊

this was new for me and my boyfriend. We just moved back to San Antonio after about 30 years living in Dallas, Texas.I loved the up date in movies today and the food concession area. The small movies are great and seating was wonderful. I would love to come everyday and visit. I am so impressed and will be back . Oh the popcorn was wonderful. The prices well somewhat high for the 55 and older sector but I will make do and visit when I can. go go Santikos Silverado... YEA

Santikos is my theater of choice. The new rewards program is pretty weak compared to the old one though.
Its is a all around family location and the customer service was excellent.

We were unable to go to Santikos today. The movie my husband and I want to see is "The Song." I was delighted last week when I checked if it was showing at Santikos and it was. Tonight, Monday, Oct. 6, we checked the schedule and it was not available today. We checked Tues., Wed., & Thurs. of this week and found it - but ONLY AT 11:00 IN THE MORNING. This is a movie for couples - it is rated PG. We work in the daytime and cannot see it! We want to! It seems to me that the only people who could attend are anyone who does not work at general 8-5 jobs. Please make a change before it is pulled out. Thanks very much!
