What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Experience as far as movie and concessions is very likely. I am dissappointed on the new REWARDS program. In fact, I don't like it. We misplaced our card in the theater and were told we had to "start over" and get a new card even though you can verify my points. I was told there is no way to "transfer" to a new card. That is a total rip off.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I enjoy Silverado 16 I have lived in SA for 6 years I always feel safe taking my family or just me and the grand kids to Silverado. Yes I have been to other Santikos theaters, but I just feel happy when I go to the Silverado. I keep telling my family I am going to apply for a job at Santikos and they believe me because it's the only place I like to go. I think it's the family thing, it just feels family right.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I really enjoy the great customer service from the point of purchasing the movie tickets, to buying drinks/ snacks at the concession stand. I also enjoy the reserved seating and not have to worry about not having a seat or my family not being able to sit altogether. This is what sets this theater apart from all others in SA.
