What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I like that they have reserved seating the people that work there are very friendly. The guys (girls) clean up theatre very good. The movies are great and the surround sound is awesome. The managers &/or security will tend to distractions or disturbing situations that go on in the theatre that shouldn't go on instanley. Not that those situations happen alot but when they do the managers/security are "johnny on the spot" take care it quickley. I really enjoy Silverado Theatre.

soda fountain verse waiting in line for refill and speeds things up, theaters are clean, bathrooms are usually good and management takes care of any oversights or problems professionally and politely
