Spaciousness
It was a very quick line to buy tickets, the floors were clean when I walked into the theater.I walked up to the counter to purchase my snacks and the manager on duty was at the register, he was really nice in greeting us and making us feel taken care of.From buying the tickets to actually sitting in our seats it was a very smooth quick process, there is nothing I hate more than when the lines are so long, you wind up late to the movie even though you had arrived 30 minutes early.I normally drive all the way to the Palladium, but this location is so much closer and if it continues to stay up to par this might be my new place to watch a movie.
Reserved seating is great! Nice atmosphere, decent food at the cafe and comfortable seating. What I didn't like was the updated computers outside. The new program seems to have glitches, honestly the old program, though aesthetically outdated, was much smoother than the current.
Clean theatre. Easy to get tickets. Don't know why you have to pick seats during the week when it's not busy though.
What we liked had to do with the time of day we visited and the movie we chose. It wasn't crowded at all, and there weren't any distractions in the audience.
fast friendly service running late got through with popcorn & soda in hand did not miss the start of the show thanks..... I love the online reserve and pay for your ticket should do the same for the concession packages pay online and go.

The assigned seating.
There are only a few things I would change; 'always' have assigned seating, start selling tickets at least 2 weeks in advance vs the Weds before the movie comes out, and be able to purchase tickets online with no additional fee...this helps the handicap/elderly and reduces lines at the box office. It would also be nice if you had a good Imax theater, to include glasses that are not scratched. I would like to go back to the prev program that provides free stuff vs $5 off for every so many points...the program was really good then. I normally go to the Silverado 16, but hope to have an even better one to go to soon, which is being built across from the Lowe's at the Alamo Ranch shopping area in San Antonio, TX. Also, handicap seating and first to be seated needs to be highlighted for all showings, including the free advanced showings. I do not see it listed in the free advanced screenings offer and last one I went to the staff was not friendly and supportive of the handicap being allowed in this way.
Well, guess I had a lot more to say than I thought...sorry.. ;)
Clean theater.
great theaters
The theater was very clean and the seating is very comfortable. Even though a very well known movie was coming out, there was availability.
The staff and manager provided professional and outstanding service the entire time! They definitely went above and beyond to meet out needs and expectations!
Clean theater, self serve drinks, Rico's brand nachos, friendly staff
I moved to San Antonio about seven years ago and moved to this area. I have been attending Silverado 16 since then and am always pleased with your service. The theater is always very clean and the lines move quickly. I also like that there are plenty of managers and staff walking around to assist customers. I recently became a member of the Big Brothers Big Sisters of South Texas and visited Silverado on 5/17/2015. I took my little brother with me to watch Avengers 3D, the 12:30 showing. For starters, the new 3D glasses were not pleasing. My brother and I both lost battery power in our glasses 15 minutes into the movie. I personally do not enjoy 3D movies, however I wanted my little brother to have the Santikos experience. Then, during the movie the whole theater lost power in their screens and they blacked out. We sat in our seats for about 30 minutes without any picture, and quite a few people left for refunds. I had to leave my little brother for a few minutes while I ran out to the hallway and found out the situation. No one came into my screening and announced anything to us. I did not want to just leave and get a refund because I only have time with my volunteer work on Sundays. Eventually the film came back on and we enjoyed the rest of the movie without our 3D glasses. We made the best of it, my brother had a great time. I absolutely plan on returning to your theater. It is my favorite , next would be the palladium. Thank you for your time.
