What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I am writing this from Houston, Texas because I accidently purchased my tickets for the movie theather in San Antiono for 12-02-17 Booking ID WWQ2TD5 and booking number 434740 and tired to make a change before my one hour was up but your system would not let me. Please issued a refund for the $44.38 for the tickets I could not use. It should go back onto my Debit Credit card #Phone number removed303690.

Santikos gives to the community, the theatres are beautiful and clean, staff is always friendly, and spacious seating. The reserved seating is amazing since my family always seems to run late. Silverado is my favorite, even though it's not the closest or newest.

Everything! The streamline from purchasing the tickets to ordering popcorn and drinks to going to our seats was easy peasy. The theater was clean as well. The staff was great!

I purchased my tickets off Santikos website. I didn't print the confirmation but figured we can take care of that at Guest Services. They asked for the credit card we purchased the tickets with online. Problem, it wasn't showing we paid, so we were worried about that. Long story short, the manager gave us passes to see our movie we purchased. That was awesome, we were a group of six, and I was worried we were going home disappointed. Everything turned out great and we had fun!
