I love Santikos theatres, they are my number one choice to see new release movies. Reserved seating is great and staff is friendly. Though I think there was a recent change in pricing.

As a rewards member the benefits are great. I'm a member of another cinema chain, but the benefits are not that amazing, and it's hard to figure out what benefits I have. At Santikos they always ask if I'm a member and tell me my points. And if I'm up for a 5 dollar discount or free ticket they inform me of that as well. It's overall great customer service and I always have a good time. Exceptions are unavailable parking or a bad movie 😂

Our experience with Santikos is made easy and allows our family the flexibility to be on our own schedule. With a family of seven that can be difficult.

We have a gift card to the former Silverado on 24720 tomball parkway tomball,Texas 77375. One card amount is 100.00 and the other is amount is 58.00 dollars. Can we still use this gift at this location or did we lose all of this money.

As the parent of a special needs daughter, I appreciate the sensory friendly movies. However, the last couple times we have been to Silverado on either the 1st or 3rd Tuesday, there have been several previews before the movies and the sound is kept at the normal volume. Yesterday, another Mom left the theatre to notify Silverado staff but no adjustments were made.
