The service at the mezz bar was great. When I got to the VIP seats; however, there was not a menu there.

Facility clean, seats clean. Only comment is in the drink station it did smell as if I was in a restroom, but it was clean. Not sure if it being in the proximity of restrooms that it came through vents or something.

Great concessions, awesome movie experience, and friendly staff.
Great place to have a date or a family outing. Has everything you need in one spot. The only complaint I have is that every single person whether you’re 21 or 91 gets carded for an alcoholic drink at the bar. I do believe judgement should be used with carding. Anyone over 50 (which is visible to any normal person) should not have to be carded.
Greeted and welcomed to the theater by all 3 employees (box office, ticket tender, concession stand). It was the last showing, so I can only imagine they had been working for hours, and they still carried themselves and Santikos with an upbeat and respectful character. Even the 2 cleaning the soda stations (I believe one of them was in training by the conversation they were having) were very welcoming. The theater was clean and comfortable. Never have I been disappointed attending a movie at this location. Thank you for keeping it my favorite theater in town.

The sound and screens are great. Love the recliner chairs. And we are big fans of the new self serve popcorn. The margaritas are great too! And the food hits the spot. Plus the ambiance of the Palladium and Casa Blanca are nice to walk in to. I love the rewards program bc we go so often and always get food and drinks. I only wish the imax theater had recliners. Lol.
The staff! And the theatre a lot. Pricey but that’s the movies.
