We love the selection of movies, the VIP area, the refreshment selections (popcorn, pizza, ice cream, beverages (to include adult). We have always been treated with respect and appreciated as a guest not just a paying patroon. Also, the facility is ALWAYS clean, restrooms, theaters, parking lot, etc.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Great place and loved the old rewards program. The new program doesn't seem as rewarding for customers and do our old points expire or transfer over? I just used my last reward ticket and initially I was told rather sarcastically by one of your employees that I could not use that past Sept 1st. Fortunately, I had the email that stated good through Sept 15 and they honored it.
I really hope my points transfer to new program. Thank you.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Assigned to two seats in the front section of the theatre, my friend and I walked in to see a couple sitting in our seats. An employee by the name of Michael was EXTREMELY helpful in getting our seats back. Not only did he get us our seats, but he got us two seats in the center of the theatre (the best seats). He went above and beyond to make sure our experience was great.
