Good! It is kept very clean and the staff are always friendly. Sometimes inside the theaters it is a bit too warm, but bearable. Good variety of movies.

I am at this venue every week. Sometimes twice a week. Dont go anywhere else. Some of tge bartenders already recognize me and what i drink :)

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I left my purse behind (it was the late show) I contacted Santikos via email. There was a quick response and I was notified my purse was locked up in safe. Went back the next day to pick up purse decided to watch movie with kids. The movies did not start on time, had to notify management. The movie finally started 15-20 mins. No trailers, was not sure what the plot of movie was. They did however give us a voucher to go watch again from beginning, but we had to ask. Alot of people left unhappy and weren't even offered a apology. End of the day we enjoy going to Santikos glad they took care of us.

Well kept, nice clean theater. However please allow points to be added inside the theater when you purchase online tickets.

When you are purchasing your sits you can see what is available, makes my choice easier. Food access to the theatre. A variety of snacks and food.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I like the overall experience and the movie itself. You guys facility is top notch. I've been going to the Palladium since it opened. I especially like the fact that you guys have a full bar. My children also enjoy the experience very much. The only thing that concerned me was the fact that the show was programmed to start at 1345 and didn't begin till 1405. The trailers didn't show either. Thanks for asking for my feedback.
