The attentiveness and promptness of service. Your theater is always clean and some shows have reserved seating. Santikos Palladium is my favorite movie theater in our city.

The reward system. I not to impressed with the upcoming changes though. For years I have told all my friends you were the only theater to go to
now I'm not to sure. The service is great however the rewards make a big difference.

Theater 18 seats were very comfortable! The only problem was that we were not aware we could not fill our soda cups upstairs. We had to go back downstairs. :(

everything! my son and I love Santikos at the Rim in San Antonio, TX, its always clean with friendly staff and my son enjoys the arcade area. I love buying my tickets online, which is so convenient and the benefits you get with being a member is fantastic. I was able to get a large popcorn and a soda free and only had to pay for one...it was great!!
