Not sure what happened, I thought I would get to another screen but I'll just put my comments here. I went to see Jurassic World today at the Palladium. I do enjoy taking my family to the movies as that's our getaway especially in the summer time. I do like that I get to choose seats in advance. Today's was not so good of an experience. The lady sitting next to me raised the arm of the chair since she needed more room to fit properly. Then she proceeded to constantly check her phone during the movie. It was very bright and my son who was sitting further down from me said "no glow please!". My daughter who was sitting next to me also commented about her phone constantly being turned on. Besides taking up room on "my side" the phone wouldn't stop. I did ask her to please stop because she also kept talking to a young man she was with. I then left the theater and brought up the situation to the ticket person. She told me all I could do was mention it to the lady. She also told me I can find someone else in a white shirt to tell since there was nothing she could do. OK I went back to the theater. After the movie and enduring more talking from this lady, I went to the customer service desk and I told him that I did notify the ticket person and all he said was that she couldn't leave her post and that I should just tell the lady something. I told him he should tell his staff to monitor the theaters just to check. He said he would let people know. Again, OK, but it shouldn't be up to the customer to rectify the situation. I paid for 4 tickets not to mention popcorn and drinks. I didn't pay to have my seat partially taken and to constantly endure the brightness and glare of someone's phone and their talking. We always go to the Palladium this was just a disappointing visit.

I love the cleanliness and the comfort of the theaters. I also like that we are able to buy and rake into the theatre alcoholic beverages. It all offers the comfort of your home. I recommend the Paladium to a lot of out if town guests. I work over at La Cantera mall so it is convenient and easy to send visitors to your theatre. One suggestion is that you strictly follow the PG guidelines and not sell or allow any minors in inappropriate movies including those with their parents. I witnessed at Regal theaters recently where they stopped a family from entering a eater R movie. I applaud them for taking that step. When you purchase a $10 ticket to watch a film that includes inappropriate language and violence you want to be able to enjoy it. You can not enjoy it with a child sitting in the theatre. Visible security also makes you feel safe. Other than that I love and prefer your theaters. I thoroughly enjoy The Bijou!
