I mostly visit the Santiko's theaters (mostly the Palladium) because they offer a military discount/rate, convenient location, great variety of snacks and drinks (not to mention free refills with the large popcorn and sodas).

I enjoy the loyalty program. Especially how guest services can credit my account when I forget to use my loyalty card.

Theater is great, just have some online ticket sales problems. Bought tickets from their app. On my iPad logged into my rewards number but didn't find my sale on my app on my iPhone. Lucky I have auto email to get ticket. Showed my phone to the ticket taker but the machine that should accept my phone as ticket didn't work, and there was no way of knowing which theater we were to go to. It does not say it any where in the email.

The theater is big and has a lot of amenities. It is still very expensive to attend but at least the experience is wirth the cost.

We saw a movie in imax after the movie there was noone to collect the 3d glasse5. And the restroom s smelled.

Always see IMAX or VIP, this is the first time I used DBOX and me and my kids loved it!!

The Palladium does the best it can to have a clean environment t and its staff is there to help as soon as you need them

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I enjoyed the theater. There was plenty of space to get around other viewers. It was not a very busy evening. There were plenty of employees to take care of customers with pleasant attitudes. However, the pizza and cookies left much to be desired.
