What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I love the Santikos movie chain!, and, in fact, had the pleasure of meeting Mr. John Santikos once at a symphonic concert back in 2000. I was sad to hear of his passing and appreciate that his pictures and legacy are still displayed in the theatre. I believe Santikos Theatres takes the experience of watching a movie, seriously, and, for a movie buff, I appreciate that immensely. (And the gelato, pizzas, beer/wine definitely help). I always try to select a Santikos theatre when seeing a movie as I'm proud this organization has been a part of San Antonio history for so long. [And thanks for activating my Loyalty Card!] I will see you again!

Clean theater, friendly staff. Great location. Cons- parking can be an issue at times and many valet spaces sit empty. Plus, PLEASE WATER THE PLANTS IN FRONT OF THE BOX OFFICE. It is so sad to see them literally dying from thirst.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I love being able to order tickets online and via the app. And being able to use my phone to get in to the movie. A couple suggestions. 1. I joined the loyalty program, but never received a card. I'd liked to use the valet parking, but I assume I need a card. Now, I admit that I could probably get one from guest services, but I am usually wrangling kids when I am at the theater. 2. concessions prices are just so high, but I know that is part of the game. Perhaps part of the loyalty program would be discounts on concessions?
