I like the cleanliness of the theater. A lot of other theaters have sticky floors. Thankfully Palladium is always clean.
It is clean and employees are mostly nice.
However, not particular to Santikos, but you should not allow people to put up their feet on the backs of the seats. It is extremely annoying and a poit of conflict when someone behind you puts up their shoes next to your head.
In Mexico, movie theaters police this and do act when people have their feet up high...not sure why here in us they do not.
I understand maybe keeping feet under the line of the top of the seat ion front, but blatantly letting the feet rest on top of the seat back is inappropriate.
Sorry fo rthe long rant, but is is quite uncomfortable, and people seem to think it is expected that you can just prop your feet up with no problem.

The theater is very nice and clean. Or also has great food and drink selection. The parking situation sucks.

Santikos is a great movie theater, the general manager Robert Trevino has his staff trained really well. They keep movie areas clean: like drinks stations, restrooms, and bar areas. The popcorn was very fresh and good. Staff is friendly on asking customers how is everything today, and is everything fine. That is a great job by the GM Robert who makes sure to put Santikos customers first and give them a great experenice from everyday life by taking time to visit their movie theaters.

I like the reserved seating. I hate the valet parking. It takes away to many good spots. I all ready spend 50 dollars to come to the movies and we see 50 movies a year minimum. I do not need to spend 10 more to park. I have left to go to another theatre when I cant find parking.
I still give you a 10 because I think you can change it...

The Palladium staff, seats, sound, screens, and service are stupendous.
Great service, went to the restroom and noticed a restroom attendant who kept the place clean. This was my families first experience using the D box seating, we will be using these seats more often. Very accommodating and friendly staff.
