The customer service is Excellent!!! The Santikos app is awesome and easy to use. The place is very clean. The seats are very comfortable. My personal favorite is the IMAX. Must do !!!!!!

Keeping the theaters upgraded, clean, an a pleasure to attend.
The only improvement I can think of is more handicapped parking.

Honestly, I love everything about Santikos! The movie choices, the theaters themselves, the staff, the selection of food and beverages... it's top notch in every sense.

I like how the theater is always clean and that whenever I go to see any movie screenings, all the employees know what to do and have everything in order. Very rarely, if at all, are there any issues with not knowing where to line up or that there are any confusions to anything else.
