You guys are the best. Best customer service, clean, great snacks, although a little expensive on the snacks, well worth the experience. I am never disappointed when I go there. Best entertainment for the money!

Great clean and safe theater. We only support Santikos enterprise because of what this organization does for our community on a daily basis. I like the fact that this organization does not promote political issues and always remains neutral, even though, they play the Hollywood Movies. The competitor theater is always in the political spot-lite and do not do anything for our community. Safety for my family is the number one priority and Santikos promote a safe environment.

Usually we have great service when getting popcorn. But Sunday we went to watch Kong at 2pm. The girl you had at the register seemed to hate her job. No smile, bad attitude, and got or order wrong. So instead of her apologizing because we all make mistakes, she started raising her voice saying I did not order it and I just ordered a drink. I repeated I did order popcorn and she again said NO YOU didn't. I said I will pay the difference the rest of what the combo would be and she just kept telling me I did not . I that point I said please get your manager. When she came bac with the manager she just kept on saying I did order. I said I did I just wanted my popcorn and I would pay the difference from the combo price.
I know you all make a lot of money and might not care if you loose me as a costumer. But when I start telling my famil, friends? And they tell there friends. And so on then that will be an issue. That girl needs to be talked to.
So for now I think we will go to casa Blanca. They are not like that there, and I will tell everyone of my experience at palladium

We love the ambiance of the theater. The seats are comfortable and there is plenty of leg room. The concessions are great, especially the soda machine. We have never had a problem with the ticket process, concessions, or theaters. We love Santikos and appreciate the commitment you have to the SA community! The only negative we could say is the theater is very cold no matter the time of year.
