The live jazz band on 21-April 2017 was incredible. We delayed our movie to sit & listen to the excellent music in a nice, relaxed atmosphere. Please host more of these talented groups & I will bring a bigger crowd next time!

It's a top quality movie theater!!! Sound & picture quality are great, seats are good, & snacks are high quality. All areas are maintained in a clean orderly manner, and, in my experience, any issues are dealt with properly.

I like the reserved seating capability. The seats are good in themselves, but being able to reserve good seats ahead of time is great.

If a movie is in IMAX format, I usually see it in IMAX.

Assigned seating, the cardboard boats at concession so that I can share my popcorn, drink refills.

What I don't like is the loud speakers outside next to the benches. I can't visit with my friends before or after the move bc it's too loud.

Always have a very pleasant experience. Theatre staff are always very polite and helpful. Theatres, fountain drink areas, restrooms, and other places are always clean.

I went on a Wednesday afternoon, so of course there was really no line, no wait, and very quiet. I would like an easier way to redeem Santikos Rewards points though. I wasn't sure how many reward dollars I had. There isn't a way to see your "bank" of points. Turns out I had $25 worth of points to use. I just wish this information would show online. I cashed in 2 tickets worth no problem, but the more information I can get on my own through self-service avenues the better. Just a suggestion. Otherwise, another fun trip to the movies! :)
