Seats, cleanliness, variety of food
Everyone was very friendly and the theatre was very clean. The screen and sound were amazing.
Always excellent service. I'm not crazy about how the soda particularly the Coke Zero tastes most of the time out of the Coke machines that the Palladium has. Otherwise, great experience. I typically think of Santikos when thinking about seeing a movie.
The reclining seats were amazing! Our first time sitting in them and what a treat it was!

I always have a great experience! The employees are always friendly and helpful! There’s always cool movie merchandise like the popcorn tins and movie cups at the concessions stand. I never have a bad time at any showing! Thank you all so much!

The recliner seating is amazing! I live closer to Silverado but I can't pass up an opportunity to watch a movie in comfort with plenty of elbow room and less back pain!

Although employees should police more and intervene with people on their phones. One new issue is the smart watches (Apple) that light up when you raise your hand (as with popcorn) and they do have a theater setting... maybe point that out?

I liked everything, but I’ll tell you what I would like to see! In your VIP theaters, upstairs there’s no area to fill up our drinks if we want something else besides coke or sprite which I drink neither. Also the only options on the menu were alcoholic drinks. Not to impressed with the recliners, they were a bit uncomfortable and the slight shaking was annoying. My hubby and I were watching Mission Impossible, so whatever action was going on the recliner was trying to be like a dbox seat. Which may be the reason why they’re a bit uncomfortable. I enjoy coming to all Santikos. Oh and the women’s bathroom was dirty and someone wrote “f*** you” in one of the stalls with who knows what but it was gross.
Relaxed atmosphere. You can enjoy a movie with your favorite drink without having to hear loud noise or rude guest.
We love everything about Palladium Santikos! It’s our favorite theater, and we won’t go to any others anymore. All the other theaters we have been to are very lacking compared to the Palladium, even its sister, the Casa Blanca.
The place was great, no problems or anything negative.
I was buying tickets for a show on Saturday. I was unsuccessful in purchasing online because of an error. The associate was quick and efficient and advised me where the theater would be and how it worked since I had never had tickets in the Mezz. Great job.
