What did you like about your Santikos experience?

WE come here often, and almost always enjoy the experience. However, the last visit to see The Meg, was awful. It all has to due with the strange quirks on the ap. When purchasing tickets, while on the seating map, the screen jumps each time you select a seat. We ended up far too forward to enjoy the movie. The selector always seems to jump to the front row. If you don't catch it, you end up in a row you do not want.

great feeling santikos always puts out the best in going to the movies and feeling safe. from the chairs to the service for snacks, also entertainment before or after the movie is over.

Convenience & luxury of the theater. But the online ticketing site has not worked the last several times I’ve attempted to purchase tickets. It allows me to go entirely through the process & when I finally hit the confirm button after my cc I do was chosen nothing happens...both on my phone & my laptop. FYI.

I haven't been to Palladium in about a year or so. I was pleasantly surprised!!! It was so nice with the recliner seats and I especially loved the little table trays! Very clean theatre.
