Great seating, good food. Just had problems with the app when I was trying to purchase tickets on Monday during the day. The payment wouldn’t go thru. I tried 4 different times during the day.

we Sat on the top right three seat section of the theatre and it felt like we were closer to the middle of the theatre.
I do have to say it was HOT in there. I has to use napkins to wipe my face and use my hands to fan myself. Please fix the temperature in there. Thank you in advanced.

The young man that checked me out at the concession stand took extra effort to look up my membership number. He also informed me that I had a free coupon and a free companion pass. I have gone to santikos for many movies and no one ever looks up my membership and they definitely don’t tell me I have rewards. I appreciate that he took the time to do this for me.

I haven't been to Palladium in about a year or so. I was pleasantly surprised!!! It was so nice with the recliner seats and I especially loved the little table trays! Very clean theatre.
