I love taking class from Molly E. Every single time I take from her she is inspiring, and motivating without being aggressive. She is encouraging and kind, and spending an hour in her class is exactly how I want to spend my time. I leave feeling relaxed, inspired, and very very sweaty! I can't wait to come back!

I love core power.. It's a mix between the calmness of yoga and the intensity of weight training... I wish I could come everyday.. It simply just makes my day better!

I've been doing Bootcamp for 6 years. I always assumed yoga was sloooow and boring. Boy was I wrong. The sculpt class kicked my butt and now I'm addicted.
