The place has great energy as soon as you enter the place you feel the wormth of the persons who works there and their helping with open arms.
The classs are incredible and in a few classes you become very comfortable and feel your body transformation which is amazing!
I lost fat and cellulite in just a week of hot yoga.
You can also get great sales items if you looking to buy yoga pants or mats.
I am grateful I found a place that I feel like so completely comfortable and always looking to my next day to take another class.

Great people and great facilities
I love the fusion of traditional yoga with weights, energizing music and a modern atmosphere! It's nice to be able to learn yoga moves with the traditional names as well as the english interpretations and instructions, which makes it easier to learn and do the poses!

The teachers are amazing from cues to warm friendly welcomes! The studio is clean and fully stocked and the front desk is really helpful!

Everyone is so nice at this studio and all the instructors are excellent, helpful and friendly. I very much enjoy practicing at this location and also love the choices and times of classes offered!
Instructors are friendly, classes are back to back from early morning till late night, & most of all it's a great workout
