Love Hpf classes. Only critique is you need to make a cap on class size. A few times I've been there the classes have been jam packed and you can't freely move like you would like to in a class--can't extend arms or legs and get bumped by people next to you.

I really enjoy CorePower's classes. I find the teachers incorporate moves from bikram, hatha, vinyasa, and even kundalini, into a sequence that stretches and detoxes my body to the bone marrow.
