LOVE the instructors. I’m 58 and have never done Yoga in my life but they explain every move and flow so well that it feels like I’ve done it for years. I like that I can do a class with weights or just a straight yoga class. Options are good.
I enjoy all the teachers at the Hermosa studio (Mia, Andrea, Madison, Carla,Dani, Ryanne and Hailey to name a few). They create a lot of energy and make it fun to take classes. Dani and Racquel do an excellent job staffing and keeping the studio clean! Thank you!
I love the hot sweaty vinyasa flows! I feel renewed, detoxed, realigned, and energized after every class! The pace is just right - not too fast, and the first sequence is intentionally slower so muscle memory can kick in for the full vinyasa flow sequences… teachers are all very well-trained and authentic. I’m so grateful for CPY and wish I had time to take a class everyday! Namaste!🙏🏻

The teacher was so welcoming.. I love to visit CPY in other cities when I travel and I felt welcome at this studio. The class sequence was excellent and the playlist was fun. The room was not as hot as some studios I have been to, but it was still a great class

I think I might be allergic to the floor cleaning solution used in the studio. I get hives on my arms, especially in CoreRestore, where a bit longer floor touch is needed. Maybe you could help with that? Appreciate a lot!
