CorePower Yoga classes are very good to maintain your health. They have 5-6 different classes.
HPF, C1 C2 , Core restore classes are good for stretching and improves core body strength.
Yoga sculpt and upper and lower body muscle strengthening exercises are very popular and intense.
Highly recommend every health caring person to join the program and be compliant

The class at WestBend had a fantastic teacher who I believe was also the studio manager. Having visited over a dozen CorePower locations across at least 5 states this location could definitely benefit from some of the updates I have seen at other studios. This includes removing the carpet and using a non-absorbative flooring. They also need their own WestBend CorePower painted or neon sign logo like I have seen at other studios to promote more local studio social media posts!

I love the teachers! I frequently attend Lindsey P, Stephanie P and Annie X. Awesome classes and teachers! I also love how easy it is to get to this location. I’ve been to CP in multiple states and this is the best one yet.
Everything! Studios are clean as are all the facilities thoroughly maintained at every station!! Keep up the good work!
