The thing I like most about CorePower is that there is a class for everyone and a ton of different time options. Each instructor puts their own unique touch on their classes which makes you feel like everyday is a new challenge.
Teachers are friendly and put care into planning their classes! Variety and frequency of classes.
Convenient location, like that there’s parking, good facility, great instructors with fun playlists!
I wish that you offered more classes at Rosedale. I love the studio and want to ensure it stays around. I attend on M evenings and Sat. mornings and sometimes on F night and Sun. mornings. It's my favorite of the locations!

By far my favorite SD studio. I just recently took Josh's class last week...OMG the absolute best! I loved his music, and his energy is so relatable; he knows what he is doing, but doesn't sound scripted. He brought the heat as well, I'm always looking for the hot classes. I'd love to see more HPF classes in general, now that my kids are in school, late mornings have freed up!
I love the heat, the intensity of the workout, and how fabulous I feel.

I’ve been taking classes at CPY Kahaal for 8.5 years now, and I love the sense of community, led by Theresa and team!
I enjoy taking classes at Ward from a variety of instructors. Each one has a different focus which I'm sure evolves over time. The result is I get a more rounded workout and the opportunity to advance my fitness and range of motion for my entire body. I also appreciate the intention and narrative that is woven into each class. I'm a novice so I learn something in every class and I wake up the next day pleasantly sore. I really like the facility and its location there in Ward Center.
Corepower is a wonderful yogi community. I travel to a lot of the studios in San Diego. The teachers are usually fantastic. My biggest concern is that they are not paid well enough. They put their hearts and souls into their classes. They make corepower what it is and make minimum wage!!!!!! That is abomination. Do you realize the amount of time and effort these wonderful practitioners put in to their classes. I have done teacher training. Its hard and they make it look so easy.

This location has such a great family friendly vibe. The managers and the instructors all get to know every single student. Really great community feeling. Tightened bond between the students and each class as well as with the instructors. Really enjoy this particular studio for the overall community feel and extremely close atmosphere. I always look forward to classes at this location. Also parking is very easy with the location in the mall. Classes are consistent. I can always look forward to a great workout.

Well actually this one was my second Sculpt class in my life, there is not comparison with the first one that I took. Cescilia is on the next level His dedication, attention to detail, and passion for what she does are priceless. I wish I could go back for another class (I'm from Florida).
